The tunable acoustic properties of this unique composite allow Titleist engineers to realise new material gains while maintaining our signature sound and feel. Forged L-Cup Face
A new forged face bolsters performance on low-centre impacts for more consistent off-the-deck distance. The new insert wraps around the bottom of the club to preserve ball speed, maintain launch conditions, and enhance sound and feel-even when you're trying to pick it clean from a tight lie.
Dual Performance Control Settings
Dial in performance with the twist of a wrench. GT280 features two weight positions to customize launch characteristics. Set the weight forward for faster, more penetrating shots or set it back for a balanced blend of speed, spin, and stability.

The featured shafts for GT280 deliver authentic high-performance from the Tour-trusted Mitsubishi Tensei lineup using the Titleist fairway metals SureFit Hosel sleeve.
Note:GT280 is compatible with Titleist’s Fairway SureFit sleeve. Due to the GT280’s longer hosel, a 43-inch fairway shaft (stock 3-wood length) plugged into a GT280 clubhead will play a half inch longer at 43.5 inches.
